Undertaking a move requires coordinating many things. All too often, organising moving boxes is the forgotten piece. It may be obvious, but moving becomes near-impossible without the right boxes and packing equipment.

Are there delivery fees?

Delivery fees are as follows for Box Hire:

  • Orders under $30: $35
  • Orders $30 – $65: $65 less the value of the hire items
  • Orders over $65: Free

Delivery fees are as follows for Box Purchase:

  • Orders under $65: $35
  • Orders $30-$65: $99 less the value of the order
  • Orders over $99: Free

You’re also entitled to one free top-up delivery, as long as the top-up order is placed within three months of the initial delivery.

When do you deliver?

Next Day Delivery is almost always available for all metro area orders. Same day delivery may be possible upon request. Please call us on 1300 366 522 to check.

Delivery windows are two-hour timeslots, between 8am – 6pm, Monday to Saturday. These can be booked here and are subject to availability.

If out-of-hour delivery is required, please call us on 1300 366 522 to discuss availability.

Regrettably, self-pickups are not currently possible.

Do I need to be home?

You do not need to be home for delivery or collection of boxes as long as there is somewhere safe and dry to leave the products.

Should I hire or purchase the boxes ?

Box hire is cheaper so long as you plan on returning the boxes within 3 months. You can always hire and change your mind. You will simply forfeit your deposit on the boxes that you keep.

Deposits are:

  • Medium Boxes: $1.60/box
  • Large Boxes: $2.50/box
  • Porta Robes (incl. metal rail): $9/box
  • Tape Dispensers: $10/dispenser

How is my deposit refunded ?

Deposits will be returned as long as boxes are not ripped, torn, or possessing water damage.

We kindly ask that customers not write on or remove tape from the boxes and only slice along the tape.

Deposits are refunded within 5 working days of your boxes being collected via the same method of payment used when initially ordering.

Are the boxes new ?

All boxes—both sold and hired—may have been used previously. We use extra strong cardboard and all boxes pass through a stringent durability test prior to any potential reuse.

In addition to being highly-durable, all boxes are taken out of circulation at a fixed stage at the end of its product lifecycle.

How do I organise for my rented boxes to be picked up?

Pickups can be arranged by clicking here.

This is free if placed within 3 months of the initial delivery date. Additional pickups will incur a flat $35 pickup fee per pickup.

Pickups cannot be scheduled more than 3 months after placing your initial hire order.

What areas do you offer these services?

Areas we service include all metro areas in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth. You can check if we service your area here. Regrettably, if moving to a non-serviced area, only the box and materials purchase option will be available to you. You may however still hire boxes if moving to a metro area that we service in a different state.
